What's included
One price. Everything on this list.
The quoted price covers everything below — nothing gets added on partway through the job.
Site assessment
We walk the whole property first, flag anything that needs care — irrigation, hidden edging, plants worth keeping — and price the job before a single tool comes out.
Overgrowth cut back
Shrubs, hedges and small trees pruned, shaped or taken out so you can walk through your own garden again.
Beds cleared and weeded
Weeds pulled from the root rather than snapped off at the surface, then beds shaped up ready for mulch or replanting.
Lawn brought back
Overgrown grass cut down in stages so it survives the shock, then edged along every path, fence and bed.
Green waste gone
Every branch, clipping and bag leaves with the crew and goes to a licensed green waste facility. Nothing is left piled on your verge.
Final tidy
Paths swept, hard surfaces blown down and gates shut before the crew leaves.

We come and price it
Usually within 48 hours
Someone walks the site, works out access and volume, and sends a fixed written quote. Nothing is charged for this and there is no pressure attached to it.
The crew clears it
Most jobs, one to two days
A full crew arrives with the right gear for your access, works through the site, and takes every bit of green waste with them when they go.

How much does a garden clean up cost?
It comes down to three things: how much there is to remove, how big the area is, and how hard it is to get a truck and crew near it. We price every job on site and send a fixed written quote before anything starts, so the number you approve is the number you pay.
How soon can you start?
We usually quote within 48 hours of your enquiry. With 12 crews running, most clean ups get booked in within a week or two — sooner if you have a deadline like a sale, an inspection or a lease ending.
Do you take the green waste away?
Yes, and it is in the quoted price. Everything the crew cuts leaves with them and goes to a licensed green waste facility. Nothing is left piled on the verge waiting for a council collection.
My garden is really bad. Is that a problem?
No. Badly overgrown gardens are most of what we do, and the crews have seen far worse than yours. Snakes, rubbish, collapsed structures and gardens nobody has walked into for years are all normal. You do not need to tidy up before we quote.
Do I need to be home on the day?
Only for the quote, so we can agree exactly what stays and what goes. On the day itself the crew can work with gate access — plenty of clients are at work and come home to it finished.
Is this a one-off, or do I have to sign up for maintenance?
A clean up is a one-off job with no ongoing commitment. If you would like it kept that way afterwards we can talk about regular visits, but nobody is signed up to anything by default.
Are you insured?
Yes. We carry full public liability insurance and workers compensation, and we are CM3 prequalified and Landscape Queensland certified. Certificates are available on request.
